Before establishing Integrity Advisers Ltd, Yuriy spent many years working for a number of larger accounting firms in Christchurch including international corporation Baker Tilly Staples Rodway.

Yuriy has experience in all areas of accounting and enjoys working with a wide variety of clients and businesses. Yuriy likes to meet clients in person at the start of the process in order to develop a good understanding of their needs and take great satisfaction in achieving their desired results.

Yuriy believes strongly in embracing cloud technology, and as a Certified Xero Adviser he provides full Xero support and training to clients.

Yuriy is also a registered financial adviser and is providing insurance and risk assessment services to his clients.

In his spare time, Yuriy enjoys time with his family. He has two young sons the oldest is a football player and the youngest is a gymnast. He regularly plays football and enjoys paddle boarding.

Prior to joining Integrity Advisers team in 2017 Nikolay worked in Japan in the role of Business Advisor gaining a great deal of experience in international taxation practices.

After earning his Accounting and Taxation degree from the University of Canterbury Nikolay now provides clients with a wide range of compliance services such as the preparation of financial statements, filing GST and Income Tax Returns.

Nikolay also regularly provides clients with budgeting, cash flow projection and management reporting support.

Tyla is a new, friendly, face to our team, passionate about accounting and the opportunity to embark on the journey we take with our clients.

Tyla grew up in North Canterbury and is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Management majoring in Accounting.

As our intern, Tyla is currently working towards gaining her Xero certification and is involved in updating our client database and creating articles for our website.

While Tyla is completing her internship with us, she also works in other employment and enjoys playing softball for her local club.
